GOLDEN CANDLE STANDS”

A WORD TO OUR
READERS: The resurrection is at hand,
then the Great Marriage Supper. I’m
thinking daily about meeting Adam & Eve, Abraham, King David, Isaiah,
Solomon and all the rest. But,
First to meet our Jesus Face to Face and our own Family.
I believe Br. Branham indicated it will be here on the New Earth.
Where it happens doesn’t matter, just so that we are there.
Many know that we are on the verge of a great Crisis, but Few seem to
understand that it will come out of a seemingly good Religious System.
Only the Bride will not be fooled by it.
Stay Focused, People of God, we are riding out the storm.
Our God is far bigger than this Religious System.
Amen
INTRODUCTION----This Message is not just to show up one of
God’s Greatest types that is in the Bible, but is also to highlight
the life and Ministry of our Br. Wm. Branham.
Not all Message Believers understand the very high office that Br.
Branham held. He didn’t put
himself there, but God wants us to respect and honor him and his
Message! Some Message people place
Br. Branham too high and some don’t respect him in the right way.
But, we want to keep the right Balance.
He was by no means Deity, but he was one of the greatest Prophets in the
Bible (If not the Greatest) We don’t yet know what a great privilege it is to
know about him and his ministry.
“Seven Candle Stands”
What a Mighty God we
serve! There is none like Him in Heaven
or in Earth. He is a Perfect
Being, and His Perfection requires and demands complete respect
and trust in every area of our lives.
Isa. 46:8-10 8. Remember
this, and shew yourselves men: bring it again
to mind, O ye transgressors.
9.
Remember the former things of old: for I am
God, and there is none else; I am
God, and there is none like me, 10.
Declaring the
end from the beginning, and
from ancient times the things that are
not yet done, saying, My counsel shall
stand, and I will do all my pleasure:
Hundreds of years
before Jesus came the first time, God was giving Moses laws and rules
and types of what was to happen thru the ages, all the way to the End.
He saw the start and the finish.
I want to look at one of those types, or shadows of a most
important thing that was to start in the First Church Age, and continue
down to our day. It has to do
with the Seven Golden Candle Stands, or Lamp Stands that are
spoken of in the Old Testament and in the New.
The revelation concerning the Golden Lamp Stands will help us understand
what an important role and office our Endtime Prophet, Elijah,
held in God’s overall plan. He was
no ordinary Prophet. As Jesus said
of John the Baptist, “John was more than a Prophet.
He was a Prophet Messenger who was to announce the
1st coming of Christ.
And so it was with our Br. William Branham.
He was more than a Prophet. He
was God’s choice to announce the 2nd coming
of Christ and reveal the Word to the Bride.
In
Ex. 25, God was giving Moses instructions about the building of the Tent
of Tabernacles in the Wilderness and telling him what was to be placed in
it. All the things were
a type of God’s Plan of Salvation.
There is much to be learned from these types.
The Scriptures in Ex. 25:31-32 show forth an
Amazing Truth!!! Several thousand
years before this Center Stem type of the Endtime Prophet Messenger came to
Earth in flesh, God showed him here in type.
He would Finish the Mysteries.
Ex. 25:31-32 31.
And thou shalt make a candlestick of
pure gold: of beaten
work shall the candlestick be made: his shaft, and his branches, his bowls, his
knops, and his flowers, shall be of the same.
32.
And six branches shall come out of the sides of it; three branches of the
candlestick out of the one side, and three branches of the candlestick out of
the other side:
We notice here that there was a Central Stem, then three branches,
or arms out of each side. The
general teaching about these Lamp stands is that Jesus was the Center
Stem, and the Six Branches typed the messengers God used.
I said the general teaching says Jesus was the Center Stem,
but generally, the general teaching is Wrong
It takes revelation from God to get it right.
If the Lord Jesus was the Center Stem, that only leaves Six Church Age
Messengers, and we know there was Seven.
So let’s look at other Scriptures.
No’s 8:1-2, “And the Lord spake unto
Moses, saying, Speak unto Aaron, and say unto him, when thou lightest the lamps,
the seven lamps shall give light over against the candlestick.”
Notice here that Aaron was to light Seven lamps.
Question? If Jesus was one of
the Seven, then Aaron would have had no need to light but Six
lamps. Because Jesus
did not need Aaron to light His light.
Now let’s turn to Zechariah Chpt. 4 and study.
The Lord told Zechariah what the Seven Golden Candlesticks were.
Zech. 4:1-2, And
the angel that talked with me came again, and waked me, as a man that is wakened
out of his sleep, And said unto me, What seest thou?
And I said, I have looked, and behold a candlestick all of gold, with a
bowl upon the top of it, and his seven lamps thereon, and seven pipes to the
seven lamps, which are upon the top thereof:
Now look at Zech 4:10
”------those seven: they are the eyes
of the Lord, which run to and fro through the whole earth.”
Speaking here of the Seven golden Candlesticks.
These Seven Eyes are the Same as the Seven Spirits which
were before God’s Throne. Rev.
1:4
They are the Same as the Seven Stars of Rev. 1:16.
In Rev. 1:1, The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave unto him, to shew unto
his servants things which must shortly come to pass; and he sent and signified
it by his servant John. An Angel
was sent to the Isle of Patmos, by God, to give John the Book of
Revelation. That Angel was
the Center Stem of the Golden Lamp Stand!
It was the Theophany body of Br. Wm. Branham.
That was (around 2,000 years) before Wm. Branham appeared on Earth in his
Flesh body. Then in 1909 Wm.
Branham was Born and the type that was represented by the Center Stem
of the Lamp Stand was on Earth in Flesh!!!
This was around 4,000 years after God had Moses to show his type in the
Lamp Stand. This center stem of the
Lamp Stand was to unravel the Mysteries of the Six Branches coming
out of the Center Stem. And in Rev.
10:7, the Scripture tells us this: “But
in the days of the voice of the seventh angel, when he shall begin to sound, the
mystery of God should be finished, as he hath declared to his servants the
prophets.”
Today, you and I are
studying the Sermons Preached by the Center Stem of the Lamp Stand.
In Rev. 1;12, John Saw Seven Golden Candlesticks.
“And I turned to See the Voice
that spake with me. And being turned, I saw seven golden candlesticks.
Now look at Rev. 1:13,
John Saw “And in the midst of the
seven candlesticks one like unto the
Son of man, clothed with a garment down to the foot, and girt about the paps
with a golden girdle.”
Can We See the truth
here? John Saw Seven
Spirits, then in the Midst of the Seven, he saw one more, and that
was The Son of Man. He saw eight
Persons, or Stars, or Spirits. Seven
of them were Messengers, and one of them was Jesus Christ.
So the question is: who was represented by the Center Stem of the Lamp
Stand? Rev. 1:20, “The mystery of the seven stars which thou sawest in my right hand,
and the seven golden candlesticks. The
seven stars are the angels of the seven churches: and the seven candlesticks
which thou sawest are the seven churches.”
Notice here what we just read! The
Seven Stars are the Angels of the Seven Churches!!!
QUOTE: “The
Revelation of Jesus Christ” Pg. 101.
(This is the Church age Book as Br. Branham preached them, taken
word for word off
the tapes) “These
lampstands all fit into one great big bowl, one great big holder, and seven
different lamp-holders come out of it. And
when they did, each one of those lights was drawing from the main resource
of its life. And its light
was because it had its candle dipped down into this main barrel.
Oh, what a beautiful picture of one of those seven stars, (it
represented that) with his life on fire with the Holy Ghost
here. And it…By
faith he’s burning with the Holy Ghost, and his life is a candle…or
not a candle, but a wick that’s dipped into the Holy Spirit (into
Christ), and through that wick he’s drawing the Life of God out
to give Light to his Church.
Oh, what a picture of the true believer!
What kind of Light’s he giving? The
same kind of Light that was when the first candle was lit.”
He said “Oh, what a beautiful Picture of one of those Seven Stars.
He is telling us that the Seven
Lamps are the Seven Stars of Rev. 1:16. But he is speaking of
one of them in Particular, the Center Stem.
And he said the others got their light (truth) from the Center Stem.
QUOTE: “In His Presence” Pg
7.
“What about the great Saint John
of Rev.1:7, when he was showed the vision and looked,
and heard a Voice
speaking to him. And he turned to
look to see the Voice, and he saw seven golden candlesticks.
And One stood in the midst of the seven golden candlesticks, with hair
like wool, eyes like flames of fire, feet like pillars of brass.
He was girded with a golden girdle around the paps and He
was called the Word of God. And
when the great Saint John had walked with Christ, leaned upon His bosom, when he
done all these things! As I said
this morning, Paul’s ministry exceeded any of them.
Here, after John had walked with Jesus, talked with Him, slept with Him,
eat with Him, but when he seen Him standing there, that glorified state, he said
he fell like a dead man at His feet. Amen.
Think of it. (End of Quote)
Notice! The Prophet said “One
stood in the midst of the Seven.” It
represented Seven Church Age Stars or Spirits, or Angels,
or Messengers.
Let’s read the Scripture that Br. Branham makes reference to, where
John saw Seven Golden Candlesticks, and in the midst of the Seven, he saw One
more Person, Christ. Rev. 1:12-20,
12.
“And I turned to see the voice that spake with me.
And being turned, I saw seven golden candlesticks; 13. And in the
midst of the seven candlesticks one like
unto the Son of man, clothed with a garment down to the foot, and girt about the
paps with a golden girdle. 14. His head and his
hairs were white like wool, as
white as snow; and his eyes were as a
flame of fire; 15. And his feet like unto fine brass, as if they burned in
a furnace; and his voice as the sound of many waters. 16.
And he had in his right hand seven stars: and
out of his
mouth
went a sharp twoedged sword: and his countenance was as the sun shineth in his strength. 17. And when I saw
him, I fell at his feet as dead. And he laid his right hand upon me, saying unto
me, Fear not; I am the first and the last: 18. I
am he that liveth, and was dead; and,
behold, I am alive forevermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death. 19.
Write the things which thou hast seen, and the things which are, and the things
which shall be hereafter; 20. The mystery of the seven stars which thou
sawest in my right hand, and the seven golden candlesticks. The
seven stars are the angels of the seven churches: and the seven candlesticks
which thou sawest are the seven churches.”
It’s not hard to See that the Scripture says there was Seven
Candlesticks, then there was One in the midst of the Seven. There was
represented there in type, Seven
Church Age Messengers, then Jesus Christ stood in the midst of the Seven.
If the Candlestick Center Stem was Jesus Christ, then the type was
only showing Six Church Age Messengers. But
the Bride knows there was Seven Angels (men) one for each Church Age.
The motive behind this teaching is to show the very high and exalted
office that God had placed the prophet William Branham in!!
Never forget, Little Bride, that he was the man out of all the men on
Earth that God chose for this high Seat.
Minister
Brothers, God knew that you and I would be here and He knew what our lives would
be, but He didn’t choose me for this office and He didn’t choose you.
It behoves us to honor and
respect him and follow him as he followed Christ.
He was not educated in our modern world.
He had his own Kentucky English. He
said pole-pit sometimes instead of pulpit. He
said, pack instead of carry. He said
irragant instead of arrogant. He
thought the word ruddy meant unhealthy. He
had in his early years the Mountain Law, an Eye for an Eye.
If God had not stopped him, he would have been guilty of one of the first
school murders in our nation. He
would have killed five students. If
God had not stopped him, he would have killed the officer that poisoned his dog.
Yes, Elijah was a man and not Deity, and we are to do God’s Prophets no
harm, and touch not His Anointed. Some
today are disrespecting Br. Branham and his family.
I would be very afraid to be in their Place!
If you can receive the revelation that Br. Branham was the Center Stem of
the Lamp Stand, you will be following the Word, and honoring God’s choice of
the Endtime Elijah! Amen
