"TWO (THREE) GOD TEACHING CORRECTED"
By

Dec. 2017
In our Endtime
Message today, we have a teaching that needs to be addressed.
It is the wrong notion that there are three, and some say two
Gods in the Godhead. Some of our
most beloved Brethren are Preaching this, and we have no doubt that they love
The Lord and that The Lord loves them in return.
I sat and listened to a Personal Friend of mine who was explaining this two
God doctrine. He is still my Beloved
Brother, but I had to take a stand against the teaching.
Notice, my stand was not against my Brother, but the teaching.
(The Enemy's Teaching).
If there is one thing that God's Prophet, William Branham instilled in
me, it is the Fact of one God in the Godhead.
However, I can See how it would be possible to conclude that there
is at least two Persons in the Godhead.
However, to believe that the Scriptures teach this is to completely ignore
the teaching of God's Endtime Elijah!
One of his most outstanding doctrines is the Fact of One God
who operates in three offices.
Certain Scriptures that are isolated from others can be misunderstood
and leave even God's honest Servants in error!
This writer is a long way from thinking that he is a "Know it all"
However, I feel led of The Lord to discuss this doctrine with God's
Elect who are involved in the two God doctrine.
First, I will give Scripture in both old and New Testaments that clearly
declare One God! Isa.
45:5-7 5
"I am the Lord, and there
is none else, there is no God beside me: I girded thee, though thou hast not known
me:
6
That they may know from the rising of the
sun, and from the west, that there is
none beside me. I am the Lord, and there
is none else.
7 I form the light and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the Lord do all these things."
Deut. 32:39-40
39 "See now that I, even I am
he, and there is no god with me; I kill, and I make alive; I wound, and I
heal: neither is there any
that
can deliver out of my hand.
40 For I lift up my hand to heaven and say, I live forever."
Zech. 14:8-9
8 "And it shall be in that day, that
living waters shall go out from Jerusalem; half of them toward the former
sea, and half of them toward the hinder sea: in summer and winter shall it be.
9 And the Lord shall be king over all the earth: in that day shall there be one Lord and his name one."
Deut. 6:4-5
4
"Hear, O Israel: the Lord our
God is one Lord:
5 And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might."
Rom. 3:29-30
29 "Is
he the God of the Jews only?
Is he not
also of the Gentiles?
Yes, of the
Gentiles also:
30 Seeing it is one God, which shall justify the circumcision by faith, and uncircumcision through faith."
John 14:8-9 8 "Philip
saith unto him, Lord, shew us
the Father, and it sufficeth
us.
9 Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou then, Shew us the Father?"
Mark 12:29-30
29 "And Jesus answered him, The
first of all commandments is, Hear, O
Israel; The Lord our God is one Lord:
30 And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment."
James 2:19 "Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble."
John 10:30 "I and my father are one."
All these Scriptures,
and many more, must be Put together
with those that Seem to teach more than one Person in the Godhead.
All scripture is given by Inspiration of God, and therefore
Scripture does not fight Scripture!
When we have the right Revelation, then Scripture will explain scripture,
so that no Scripture can be ignored!
So then what is the Revelation that will cause all scripture to fit
together like a hand in a glove?
We readily agree that to the natural mind the Bible Seems to teach more
than one Person in the Godhead.
But God's Bride, who has been given the mind of Christ, will not be
Satisfied unto all the Word fits together.
In the month of Oct. this year we published a Sermon called "The man
who was God" we showed that Jesus
Christ was not just Part God and Part man, but that He was and is all
God, and all man at the Same Time. And
that this dual Personality was found in just one Person.
This amounts to the fact that Jesus Christ had two natures
in Him. One nature of a man
and another nature that was God. Both
natures are clearly Seen in the Scripture, although our natural mind can't
understand it.
This explains why some think there is more than one Person.
But to believe that, we have to ignore much Word, and of course we
can't do that.
And so when we See that Jesus had two natures in one Person, it
brings all the Scripture together and we See One God, One Person,
Jesus Christ, Who is the fulness of the Godhead by Himself.
We will now look at the two natures that the Scriptures show was in Jesus
Christ.
When Jesus walked
into the Temple at Jerusalem, He was angry at what He saw.
His man part was angry.
But His God Part knew how to handle anger.
So He sat down and made Himself a whip, then deliberately
rose up and beat Some Preachers out of the Church.
Not in a fit of rage, but to cleanse the House of God.
When confronted by the IRS of His day concerning His taxes, His man
Part paid them. But it was His
God Part that put that money in a fish's mouth.
It was His man Part that was so tired and worn out that a great hurricane
on the sea failed to wake Him up as he slept in the boat.
But when awakened, it was His God Part that said, "Peace be still"
and the wind stopped.
When he had fasted forty days and afterward was hungry,
that was His man Part, but when He fed five thousand with a boy's lunch, that
was His God Part.
In the garden it was His man Part that Prayed, "Lord if it be Possible
let this cup pass from me." But
His God Part said, "Nevertheless your will be done."
It was His man Part that fell under the weight of the cross when
going up the hill. On the cross it
was His man Part that cried out, "I thirst." It
was His man Part that
cried, "why have you forsaken me!" But with His God Part, He cried out with His last Breath, "It is finished."
It was His man Part that was buried in the tomb, but on the third
day, it was His God Part that walked out of it.
When He said, "I and my Father are one" that was His man nature,
but when He said, "Hear O Israel The Lord your God is One God", that
was His God Part
Speaking.
I offer this teaching of two natures in one Person, the Lord Jesus, not
as a rebuke to our Precious Brothers that See two Persons, but as food for
thought concerning the Godhead.
If there is two Gods, then which one is to be worshipped as the Greatest?
If there is two Gods, then will there be two thrones in Heaven?
The Scriptures mention only one Throne, with one God Seated on it.
To me the Revelation is one God (Jesus Christ) who operates in three
offices, Father, Son, and Holy Ghost. And
He has the ability to operate in all three offices at the Same Time when He sees
fit.

MYSTERY OF GOD REVEALED" PAGES 76-77

"Now
look, Notice now. United together under one Headship in
a like
manner type
of Israel
of old: Now, are you getting
it?
Like Israel of old: one God,
a-vindicated by a Pillar of Fire and revealed Hisself through a prophet to be
the Word. The same God, same Pillar
of Fire, same wayHe cannot change His way.
It's that, just as perfect as it can be, isn't
it?
See?
One God.
77 How
many Gods did Israel have?
[Congregation replies
"One"Ed.] How
many has the Bride got?
[Congregation
replies
"One"Ed.] How many
will there ever be?
[Congregation replies
"One"Ed.]
Sure, sure. See?
Under the leadership of the Holy Spirit, which was the Pillar of Fire in
the days of Moses, the great prophet. He
was directed by a Pillar of Fire. Is
that right?
All right. Going
to a promise land.
And in the Christian age there was one God which appeared in the form of
a Pillar of Fire to a prophet called Paul, who was sent to the Gentiles to take
a people out for His Name's sake. Is
that right?
And in the last days has come down in like manner a-vindicating Himself (See?) in the same signs, same wonders, same Pillar of Fire, same Gospel, same Word, same manifestations. His Body will do the works that He promised, like in Mark 16 and so forth."
A question for our Brothers that See two Persons in the Godhead, and I
ask it respectfully and not at all in a condemning manner.
Question?
How many Persons did the Church and the Romans nail to the cross?
There was only one. How
many Persons did they place in the tomb?
Only one. Then is there
another one somewhere that must be Crucified?? Or was all the Godhead contained
in that one Person that God had raised
up to be crucified?
Dear Friends, there has never been but one God, and there will never be
but One and we know Him as the Lord Jesus Christ.
Amen
